We also represent and book over 100 prestigious hotels. We are the exclusive representatives of Sibarth Real Estate, a villa management company, on the island of St. Barts. Reservations Agent

Job Description - Reservations Agent & Villa Specialist
Individuals who excel in the position of Reservations Agent & Villa Specialist typically have work experience in real estate sales, travel services or event planning. The primary objective of this job is to quickly and completely determine the client's vacation needs, and then work tirelessly to find the ideal vacation rental for them. Duties include diligent discovery process to determine the client's needs, identifying any constraints, researching available options and making recommendations in a timely basis, then booking the villa or hotel chosen by the client. We are also looking for people who thrive on establishing and maintaining personal relationships with clients. The job also entails maintaining professional relationships with hotels and villa management companies; administration of the reservations and communications flow with the clients, hotels and partner organizations, and the development and maintenance of an active and prospective client base.

Sales Department
The primary mission of the Sales Department is to increase sales through world class responsiveness and client service provided by a motivated and well-trained sales staff. And, to insure smooth reservation administration while maintaining good relations with clients, hotels and villa managers as it relates to bookings in progress and future sales.

Internship Opportunity

This Internship requires assisting the company Search Engine Specialist with two, time-sensitive projects. Excellent written skills are absolutely necessary. HTML skills are a plus, but not required. We will teach you to use standard industry tools, Web Position Gold and Word Tracker.

Upon completion, a motivated Intern will possess valuable, marketable skills for this fast-growing promotional channel. This is a full time, temporary position, but hours can be flexible – Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM. This is a supervised position. Earn college credits and pay.
