Minimum Stay: Over the Christmas/New Years holiday there is a 10 night minimum and over the February President's Vacation there is a 7 night minimum. Over Easter and Thanksgiving there is a 5 night minimum.
Check-in: 3:00pm
Check-out: 12:00pm
Children: Children under 12 share room with parents at no extra charge and there is a 50% reduction on the meal plans. An extra person over 12 years of age is ranges from $80 - $140 per night, depending in the season. No more than 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12 in one room.
Pets: Pets are not allowed.
Meal Plan: Continental Breakfast included in the daily rates. MAP includes breakfast and dinner the cost is $100 pp/per day or FAP includes breakfast, lunch and dinner is $150 pp/day. Children under 12 years old are entitled to a 50% reduction on meal plan costs. Children 4 years and under are free. A 15% service charge on all food & beverage is additional.

Airport Transfers: Transfers are not provided, but can be arranged at an additional fee. From Wallblake Airport, taxi is around $25/two people and then each additional person is $6. First two pieces of luggage are free and each additional piece of luggage is $.50. These prices are subject to change. There is a VIP greeting that can be arranged at the Juliana Airport on St. Maarten. There are 2 options: either the private or Funtime sea shuttle services from St. Maarten to Anguilla for $60.00 per person for those 12 years and older. The charge for children 3-11 is $30 per child and for those children under 2 it is complimentary. Please ask a reservations specialist for details.
