Payment: The deposit is 3 Nights, unless the reservation is for one (1) or two (2) nights, in which case the charge will be for one (1) or two (2) nights as applicaple.

Cancellation: There will be no charge if the room is cancelled twenty (20) days prior to arrival. Cancellations received after that time will be charged three nights for stays 3 nights to 5 nights, 50% of the stay will be charged for stays of 6 nights or longer. Unless the reservation is for one (1) or two (2) nights, in which case the charge will be for one (1) or two (2) nights as applicable. Reservations cancelled within ten (10) days of arrival date or guest departing earlier than originally scheduled will be charged for the full stay. We recommend travel insurance.
