"So glad to be home - NOT!...as always St. Barths was wonderful, it's so torturous to leave and come back to reality.
I have to say it's hard to pick which villa I liked better...both so totally different. I loved SIB HCH's elegant, cozy, warm "at home" feeling, the gorgeous bedroom and one of the largest (and cleanest!) pools I have seen in St. Barths! SIB DKD was outrageous as I expected, I feel lucky I was able to stay there seeing that it looks booked forever going forward!!! I found it a little on the sterile side as far as that cozy lived in feeling though. The views were spectacular, the wind a bit much at night on the bedroom side, definitely liked the Pt. Milou neighborhood better than Gustavia... I know I am not really picking one or the other!!! I guess my favorite home (not location) would be SIB HCH and my fiancé's SIB DKD!
Pipiri Palace was closed unfortunately, but I did enjoy my usual favorites. The best meal of the trip, 2 years in a row, K'fe Massai, a fabulous birthday dinner w/Hubert at 3 Forces (he even made me a cake!), the coconut pork tenderloin at Eddy's, Le Sapotillier and the BEST mussels for lunch at La Marine. We also hooked up with Greg B, Nancy P and Elaine (all clients of yours I think?) at Andy's for pizza.
So again, my thanks to you for guiding me with the villa choices, you really know my taste now!!."
