The Eden Rock Hotel, which is so well known for continually redefining luxury, comfort and great service, is now inviting guests and friends to join its new development The Eden Rock Owners Society - EROS.

The Eden Rock Owners Society has the choice of newly built houses all with tranquil contemporary ambiance. Each home has a pool and or jacuzzi - wonderful beachfront terraces with sophisticated sound and vision systems.

Owners will have the right to stay in their "vacation home" for four weeks a year for a period of 75 years. At the time of the sale a specific house and fixed high season week will be chosen, with the remaining three weeks of their choice to be arranged each year with a system of rotating priority.

If an Owner does not wish to use all of their available weeks, the surplus weeks can be placed with the Eden Rock Reservations Department to rent out. Owners can resell their unit at any time through Sibarth's office at the Eden Rock or through Sibarth Real Estate or directly, once the EROS Management has been informed. Owners will feel "at home" at Eden Rock - St Barths.
