At the deluxe villa, one can enjoy spectacular views of the crystalline Caribbean Sea and neighboring St. Martin while having a revitalizing waterside massage, sunbathing on the 10,000-square foot pool deck, or enjoying a power workout in the rooftop exercise room. The villa's protected harbor with boat deck and small, private beach are located directly in front of the main house. The adjacent coral reef offers some of the best snorkeling opportunities in Anguilla.

The eclectic, elegant furnishings provide the intimate ambience of exclusive private home living. Enjoy the luxurious master suite with mirrored dressing room and private terrace, air conditioning or caressing sea breeze, granite and marble accents throughout, a fully equipped state of the art kitchen, a marvelous breakfast terrace, wet bar, a 25 x 40 ft. swimming pool and many other amenities which make this exceptional property so unique.

**A zodiac that can come to the villa and take guests two minutes to half a mile of beach and ten minutes to 2 miles of Beach at Rendezvous Bay. This boat also takes the guests out fishing and snorkeling and they can bring back the catch and it can be cooked at the villa that night!!!

Rates include use of the villa and all its facilities, a full time staff including concierge and housekeeping service, daily continental breakfast, select beverages and bottled water.

A credit card authorization form will be required to be signed at time of booking to cover incidentals (in lieu of collecting a cash security deposit).
