Anguilla Villa MD BOP Description

Majestically positioned on a slight hill overlooking beautiful Sandy Hill Bay, this elegant villa was recently named one of the top 20 villas in the world by Islands Magazine. The "Bird" has a private path leading down to the beach - excellent for swimming and snorkeling. Custom built furniture from Bali, a fascinating collection of oceanic and African art, state of the art appliances and electronics, and wireless internet access throughout are just a few of this villas inviting features.

From the time you enter the double gates to this unique home you feel relaxed. The beautiful outdoor living room features a fireplace and is flanked by lagoon-style heated pools which flow under a bridge leading to the master suite. The inside living room features stylish and comfortable seating with a 42" flat screen TV with DVD, VCR and stereo system. Also in the living room are a desk with wireless internet, and a built in bar with icemaker and wine refrigerator. A wall of windows frames the panoramic view of Sandy Hill Bay with the neighboring islands of St. Martin and St. Barts silhouetted on the horizon. The kitchen is fantastic and offers every utensil and appliance you could wish for. The custom designed dishes were made in Bali and make even a simple meal feel elegant.

Each of the spacious, air-conditioned bedrooms has an equal view of the beach. Each has ceiling fans, Bvlgari amenities, Frette linens, robes, beach bags, towels, wireless internet, telephone, clock radio, hair dryer, coffee service and a small refrigerator. The beautifully landscaped grounds include an Indonesian daybed with a thatch roof , perfect for that relaxing afternoon nap, and a delightful shaded sitting area tucked away in a grove of towering palm trees with a dominos table.

The 5th bedroom is suitable for 1-2 children 10 years and under.

There is an optional chef package available which includes private chef, servers, purveying of food and cost of meals. Rates vary by season and number of rooms booked - please call to speak with a reservations specialist for exact pricing.
