Anguilla Villa AL AL2 Description

Brazilian Emerald Villa is a five bedroom, 7-bathroom villa with 12,000 square feet of space designed for entertainment and relaxation. Not only does Brazilian Villa offer an ocean front location and private beach in Anguilla's West End, this villa boasts all kinds of entertainment and activity options for the enjoyment of a large group of people. The 18' by 45' oceanfront pool and 12-person hot tub are surrounded by a patio with plenty of loungers so there is room for everyone to suntan and swim together, while listening to music on the villa's stereo system. There is thousands of tracks to choose from in the network music library, and with 68 speakers and 7 different regions throughout the villa, guests can choose different tunes for each area. Other outdoor spaces include the villa's own lighted tennis court with basketball hoop for play day or night.

On the main pool level of the villa is the spacious and living and dining area arranged in a "flower petal" floor plan with a stunning curved bar as the centerpiece. The arrangement is ideal for entertaining large groups of people, with a unique triangular table for 14 and even a grand piano. Breathtaking ocean views and neighboring St. Martin can be seen from nearly every angle.

The level above is truly the entertainment floor. A full bar sits in the center of the room with a handmade stainless steel Blatt billiard table on one side and a custom stainless steel and Brazilian wood gaming table on the other. There's an opening overlooking the double-height living room below as well as walls of ocean-facing windows to let in plenty of light and see views. Behind the bar is the home theatre room with a massive video projector screen and DVD player so guests can enjoy movie nights and sporting events in style.

The next level up houses the master bedroom, four guest rooms, and the villa's own gym. Each bedroom has direct ocean views, a full en-suite bath fitted with travertine marble, as well as a TV and music system. If desired, the four guestrooms can be converted into two larger suites with a bedroom and a sitting room, giving the villa three master suites ideal for three couples A personal butler with eight other dedicated staff (chef available if meal plan selected) caters to guest every need. Served daily: continental breakfast, evening canapés, mineral water, coffee, and tea. There are two tennis courts, with basketball hoops, and one volleyball court shared by the three villas.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a 7-night minimum year round except over Christmas/New Years when a 14-night stay is required. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.
