Barbados Villa RL ARA Description

Classic elegance is the only way to describe this fabulous Georgian style villa located on over two acres of well manicured, grounds adorned with numerous orchids and tropical flowers. Views of Sandy Lane Estate and the Caribbean Sea abound from the elevated position that villa RL ARA commands.

Villa RL ARA offers rental accommodation for three, four, and five double bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms, air conditioning and ceiling fans. The spacious living room and dining gazebo that leads onto a covered verandah is rather inviting, and offers an informal seating and dining area, in a welcoming setting with spectacular views of the sunset across the ocean.

There is also an additional room on the lower level, with ensuite bathroom and private patio that can be used as an office or as an additional guestroom.

Also included in the property is a media room with cable television and stereo. The tennis court, large mosaic tiled swimming pool and a private cabana on the exclusive Sandy Lane Beach all make this villa the treasure that it is.

Please note that villa RL ARA has a very shy cat that is free to roam the property during the day.

The Security Deposit is $500
