France Villa AZR 346 Description

This newly renovated villa is situated on a hillside between St-Tropez and Ramatuelle, a short drive away from Pampelonne beach. From the house and its front terrace, there are great views over the countryside to the sea.

At the front of the house is a large terrace with vine-covered pergola and outdoor dining and living areas enjoying the wonderful views.. To the side, is a cozy courtyard with arches and a heated Jacuzzi.

The spacious interiors are now decorated in a modern neutral style with white linen curtains, sofas and bed covers. All of the bedrooms have air conditioning, and are equipped with Plasma TVs.

On the terrace below the house, is a large swimming pool surrounded by a teak sun terrace, with fountain and a newly renovated, fully equipped pool house. In addition there is a separate studio offering extra accommodation for staff or teenagers.

This very quiet and peaceful property is surrounded by grounds of two hectares on several levels, and includes a tennis court, a boules court, and a children’s play area.

DISTANCES: Pampelonne Beach is 5 minutes, St. Tropez is 10 minutes, the Toulon/Hyeres Aiport is 50 minutes and the Nice Airport is 90 minutes.

This villa sleeps 10 people.

Rental includes electricity (up to €200 per week) and final cleaning (up to €270).

This villa is rented year round with a 2 week minimum stay. In July and August a 1 month rental is preferred.

The security deposit is 25% of the rental.
