Italy Villa HII GIU Description

In the very heart of the enchanting town of Positano, only a two minute walk from the beach, Casa Giusy is a truly magical place. Every room has a fantastic view of the sea, the Galli islands, and of the famous ancient church 'Cupola'.

The terrace leading to the villa, is decorated with hand-painted floor tiles, laid out for meals 'al fresco' and for sun-bathing. The terrace has spectacular views of the sea, and of the village nestled in the rocky hills opposite.

The villa's interior is elegantly furnished. The bright living areas have vaulted ceilings and beautiful large wrought-iron windows leading directly onto the terrace. All the bedrooms have antique tile floors.

The well-organized and well-equipped kitchen leads directly to the dining room and terrace. The rooms on the first floor have spectacular sea views, two of which have small ornate balconies adorned with bougainvillea, framing one the most unforgettable parts of the Amalfi coast.

Main Distances: Sorrento is 10kms, Naples is 55km and Amalfi is 7kms. Walk to paid parking, restaurants, and shops.

Electricity up to 330 kwh, air-conditioning and final cleaning are included. Telephone usage, heating, cooking service, and maid service (€20 per hour) are available at an extra charge. Extra services are paid locally in Euros.

We list this villa as a 4 bedroom, although there are 5 bedroom because the villa really only sleeps 6 and/or 8 people.

The Security Deposit is €1,000.00.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
