Italy Villa HII VIS Description

This lovely stone cottage, located just next to Casa dei Frati, dates back to the Middle Ages. Vista has its own entrance, beautiful garden and swimming pool. The cottage has recently been restored and great attention has been given to every detail.

Located 50 meters below Casa dei Frati (HII FRA), although remains private as you cannot see the pool from Casa dei Frati.

DISTANCES: The closest village Vicchio is 3.5kms. (supermarket, shops, the bank and tennis courts), a riding center is 1km , a golf center is 16kms and watersports in Lake Bilancino is 16kms, Florence is 35kms, Siena is 85kms and Arezzo is 75kms. The Florence Airport is 45kms and the Rome Airport is 310kms.

Included in the weekly price is electricity up to 330kwh, water and hot water, weekly change of linen, twice weekly change of towels, and final cleaing. UMTS internet connection available for €50 upon arrival. A telephone, extra maid service, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner. These extra services are paid locally in Euros.

This villa sleeps 4 people.

The Security Deposit €1,000.00.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
