Italy Villa CSL MAT Description

Special: For weekly rentals between June 1 and Aug. 31, 2013, enjoy a welcome dinner, daily breakfast service (food is additional cost), and a wine tasting session or a cooking class.

Casa Felice Matteucci is surrounded by terraced olive groves overlooking a small lake with its own island reached by a charming wooden bridge. Fully heated and air-conditioned, it offers elegant yet comfortable accommodations all year round. The grand salon is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, a fireplace, music system, and satellite TV. A domed dining room, fully equipped Tuscan kitchen and guest study, together with six beautifully furnished guest bedrooms, a floodlit pool and a fresh dining area, make this villa a perfect choice for families and groups of friends to experience Italy in all its beauty.

STAFF/SERVICES INCLUDED in the weekly rental charge: heating, air-conditioning, electricity, water, gas, linen change on Saturday & Wednesday, gardener, pool attendant, WiFi, welcome grocery shopping, and housekeeping service twice a week on Wednesday & Saturday.

This villa sleeps 12 people.

A €3,000 security deposit which is reimbursed after deduction of any unpaid charges 14 days after last day of visit.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
