Italy Villa BRV BOS Description

Cypress-lined boulevards lead to this luxurious 17th century villa located near the medieval town of Lucca. Lavishly decorated with quality antiques, rich fabrics and charming frescoes, this property is one of the best in the area. Near the seaside and featuring its own staff, Villa Il Bosco is the perfect getaway location.

There are six bedrooms in Villa Il Bosco. On the first floor, three king junior suites each with a spacious ensuite bathroom. The second floor, 2 king junior suites and one large twin suite each have a spacious ensuite bathroom.

The ground floor unfolds into a welcoming living room where all guests can convene before moving to the large dining room, which features a beautiful working fireplace. A spacious central salon and office are on the first floor. The second floor boasts a similar salon with home theatre TV and a library room, where a sofa bed provides extra accommodation for two on occasion.

Dine al fresco beside the pool under a canopy pergola of bougainvillea, or stroll the grounds, where a wide park with lime-trees, oaks, olives, magnolias, and large bushes of aromatic plants and roses create a fresh, romantic setting that will appeal to all.

Villa il Bosco is secluded and protected by an enclosure wall that aristocratically expresses the architecture of the region. The layout of the property harkens to an older era the upper level of the house is a noble floor, while rooms on the main levels are distributed symmetrically around a central salon. These spacious living spaces make this villa highly suitable for large groups, especially wedding parties. Immaculate gardens and lush outdoor surroundings enhance the historic beauty of this getaway spot. The famous Forte Dei Marmi resort town, featuring great restaurants and shopping, is just a few minutes away.

DISTANCES: Lucca is 10 minutes, Pisa is 15 minutes, Forte Dei Marmi is 35 minutes, Florence is 1 hour, Siena is one and half hours and Rome is about 4 hours.

Electricity, water, heating and central air-conditioning included. Gardner included. Housekeeping service included 6 day a week along with final cleaning. Change of bath linen twice per week included. Laundry and ironing charges extra to be made by an external professional laundry service. Continental Breakfast daily included. Chef and table service is €150 per meal. plus the cost of food and drink. A €500 allowance for groceries requested upon arrival. Telephone, computer and internet charges are extra.

This villa sleeps 12 people.
