Italy Villa HII BEA Description

Beatrice is a new villa which sleeps up to 8 people, with modern and high quality furniture. It is situated close to Todi. Todi is touristic town with various shops, restaurants and open air bars. At few minutes by car there is a spa, a tennis court, a recommended restaurant, wine tasting, fishing, horse riding (www.fattoriadivibio.com). At 3 min by car there is a grocery shop in Montecastello di Vibio, supermarket and other shops, you can find them in Todi (distance about 10km), the nearest restaurant is in Montecastello di Vibio or at Fattorio di Vibio (7 min by car). This villa has a convenient location for both touring in Todi and Orvieto. Beatrice is newly renovated and furnished. Beatrice also has fans available and mosquito nets in front of the windows.

Maid service 3 hours 4 days a week, weekly rental, all taxes, electricity up to 330kwh, water & hot water, weekly change of linen, change of towels twice a week, and final cleaning on Saturday are all included. Heating is based on consumption, cooking service is €15 per hour, and extra maid service is €8 per hour. Internet connection not included.
