The Residences offer a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counters, living room with oceanview balcony, central air-conditioning, bedrooms with ensuite deluxe marble-and-granite bathrooms with soaking tubs, down pillows & comforters, and beautifully-crafted interiors with inviting areas for rest & relaxation.

Covered balconies offer birdseye views of the pool & beach directly below. Three beachfront swimming pools (including large pool for exclusive use of Residence guests (heated), separate adults' serenity pool (heated) & children's pool (not heated) and 2 whirlpool spas are set among the palm trees. Lighted tennis courts, fitness facilities, a full-service spa & salon, and 3 restaurants are all at your fingertips.

As a Ritz guest, you'll receive full access to all hotel amenities of the adjoining Ritz-Carlton Hotel including the Health Club & Spa. The Residences also have a concierge department to arrange extra conveniences (such as grocery shopping, private chef service, massages, babysitting, daily activities & watersports, spa visits, fax & computer rentals, newspaper & magazine deliveries, and limos & taxis).

PLEASE NOTE: all rentals are Saturday-Saturday (7-nt minimum during High season & Thanksgiving; 5-nt minimum may be requested - though not always guaranteed - during Low season).
