Tortola Villa MAT SEV Description

Tucked along the stony shoreline of Cane Garden Bay just 50' above the surf, Seven Peaks offers total privacy & superb ocean views in a convenient waterfront location for your BVI holiday. A palm-lined driveway welcomes you into the seclusion of Seven Peaks.

Enter the villa's main pavilion into the large gourmet kitchen (with gas Miele range, Corian countertops, colorful tableware). Adjacent to the kitchen is the covered alfresco dining verandah with a large round mahogany dining table as its centerpiece; this area opens into a bi-level living area with cushioned banana-leaf sofa, easy chair & Sony 37" satellite TV. A breezy covered patio off the living area overlooks yachts & the white-sand beach of Cane Garden Bay beyond. Just outside the living area is the secluded pool, with sundecks on 2 levels (one covered with latticework to provide shade). Best of all, a staircase leads from the pool deck down to the stony beach below, so guests can beachcomb & snorkel right off the property!

At the end of the main pavilion is the private a/c king master suite with walk-in shower, desk area & private covered balcony. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms (and a 2nd full bath) are in a separate pavilion above the carport; a curved staircase leads upstairs to the adjacent a/c bedrooms which share a tiled bath & patio area. Bedrooms & living area are fully screened.

Seven Peaks features handcrafted teak & mahogany cabinetry, Saltillo tile floors & bright blue gingerbread architectural accents - let the surf sounds & expansive sea views lull you into a relaxed island pace! NOTE: Cane Garden Bay's nightspots are just down the coast from Seven Peaks; on nights with live entertainment (if you choose to stay home instead of joining the reggae jump-up!) you may have to close your bedroom doors and turn on a/c to muffle late-night music drifting across the bay. Previous guests have said the occasional entertainment didn't disturb their stay.

Please note: Christmas/New Years require a 10-night minimum and Thanksgiving requires a 7-night minimum.
