This beautifully appointed 4-bedroom luxury villa is located in one of Provio's prime residential areas overlooking the tranquil turquoise waters of Chalk Sound. Villa Bright Idea is set on 1.8 acres of tropical landscaping, and includes a fabulous 2-level, 2-bedroom main villa coupled with 2 private & fully equipped 1-bedroom guest cottages. This Caribbean paradise blends beautifully and naturally with the surrounding tropical flora & white sands that typify the Turks & Caicos islands.

In Bright Idea's main villa, a gourmet kitchen, dining area & living room provide ample areas to laze, relax, read or enjoy a movie. There's also a powder room on the main floor for your convenience. The 2 bedrooms, each with ensuite bath, are on the 2nd floor, and are equipped with extra-long twins that can be converted to kings.

The 2 guest cottages provide privacy, whether for couples, singles or teens, and are equipped with 2 extra-long twins that can remain as is or convert to king size beds. Each cottage also has a living room, dining/kitchenette facility, bathroom/shower & terrace.

Both the main villa & guest cottages are equipped with Cable TV, a/c (included in rental) and ceiling fans. There is also high-speed wireless internet for those who want to stay in touch.

Bright Idea's infinity-edged pool is sunk into the sundeck in front of main house & between the 2 cottages. This sundeck is perfect for catching the cooling tradewinds, while tanning on loungers or dining alfresco. Bright Idea overlooks the azure waters of Chalk Sound, one of the best areas on Provo for snorkeling & kayaking (kayaks are included in the villa rental!). Turks & Caicos's renowned Taylor's Beach, with powdery white sand & excellent swimming, is located across the street from Bright Idea, less than a 2-minute walk away. Taylor's is ideal for children as it slopes gently with little, if any, surf. An excellent restaurant, Las Brisas, is an approximate 7-minute walk from Bright Idea, and numerous other restaurants, boutiques, markets, & recreation facilities (including golf, spas & water sports), are a 10-15-minute drive from the villa, making Bright Idea an ideal vacation property in the Turks & Caicos.

NOTE: all Turks & Caicos villas require 14-night stay over Christmas-New Year's.

- Security Deposit equal to 1 night's rent will be signed on island (guests sign a Statement of Liability with credit card information, used for damages & metered air-conditioning charges).
