This is the ideal getaway for a family or group of friends, offering plenty of space and style at the top of town. Dark wooden furnishings and a heady colonial-style ground you in the island destination, while those fantastic views over Gustavia will draw your gaze at every turn.

With such a fantastic location, guests of Villa Serenity are set to enjoy the best of St. Barts. There are of course shops and restaurants in Gustavia, and a few small beaches a short drive away. The picturesque north coast beaches are only a short 5–10-minute drive away as well.

Living Spaces: The layout of Villa Serenity is long and thin, with each of the separate spaces of the home accessed from the outdoor terrace. This unique style means that wherever you are in the home, a quick glance reveals those incredible views over the red roofs of Gustavia, with luxury yachts at anchor in the harbor.

At one end of the home is the main shared living space, a beautiful open-plan room that combines the sitting area, dining room, and kitchen. The sitting area is furnished with sofas and comfortable cushions, with a rustic, island décor and flat-screen TV as well. Doors slide open to the view, and vaulted ceilings above make the space airy and bright.

Kitchen and Dining Room: To the other side of the great room is Serenity’s large, gourmet kitchen. Cooking meals here is a pleasure, with space enough for the whole group to get involved. Our concierge can even organize a grocery delivery, or for a special occasion, a private chef. 

Between the kitchen and living room is the Japanese-style dining room, with a handsome teak and bamboo table. This is a tranquil space for meals inside Villa Serenity. A second dining table sits outside at the edge of the terrace, letting you immerse yourself in the stunning views.

Bedrooms: There are 4 bedrooms at Villa Serenity, each with a pared-back style that’s ideal for recharging after a day exploring St. Barts.

The master bedroom connects to the living room, featuring a king-size platform bed, a dressing room, and a large ensuite bathroom.

Wandering further along the terrace brings you to the other two bedrooms, located in a guesthouse that is separated from the main villa by a small garden area. Each of these rooms has a pair of twin beds that can be configured into a king. A private terrace out the front of these rooms overlooks the harbor. The fourth bedroom is located on the lower level.

Outdoor Features: Tranquil days spent lounging around outside are exactly what vacations in St. Barts are all about. Villa Serenity has a gorgeous wooden terrace with several seating options, from plush daybeds to the chaise lounges that line the water.

An outdoor rattan lounge is ideal for meeting in the evening for a pre-dinner drink, watching as the sunset sends rosy gold colors across the sea and sky below. Afterward, why not wander into town for a delicious meal at one of the fine restaurants?

For days on the beach, it’s a 1-minute drive to Shell Beach, a quiet stretch of sand to the south of Gustavia. Serene water and soft sands make this an excellent spot for a beach day.
