Almost every room in this gorgeous villa enjoys stunning views of the Caribbean. The villa has direct access to the water via its private dock, where you can kayak, swim and snorkel in the carl waters. When you want to hit the beach, world famous Grace Bay Beach is only 10 minutes away by car.

Living Spaces: Stepping inside Villa Palermo brings you into the central great room, with a living area, dining table, and kitchen. Flowing and open, the entire space features ocean views and is infused with the cool island breeze.

The comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV is a relaxing space to unwind and settle in for a movie night with family and friends. A separate sitting area lets you curl up with a good book from the villa’s library, or sink into a plush armchair with a cool drink.

Villa Palermo’s modern kitchen makes self-catering a breeze. With plenty of room and the latest appliances, it has everything you’ll need to create sumptuous meals during your stay. It also features a large center island with stools and a pass-through bar to the shaded terrace outside.

Bedrooms: There are 4 spacious bedrooms at Villa Palermo, each with an ensuite and metered air-conditioning. Colorful and loaded with Caribbean personality, every room is a lovely place to retreat to at the end of long days in the sun.

The master suite with a king-sized bed lies next to the main house, featuring alluring views over the pool and ocean. Waking up with these views is sublime.

Three more bedrooms are in the main house. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the third bedroom has a double-size bed. The fourth bedroom can be configured to either have either a king-sized bed or a pair of twin beds.

Outdoor Features: Stepping outside reveals Villa Palermo’s luxurious outdoor living spaces. The large, shaded terrace with a dining table is a magnificent setting for alfresco meals, while the lounge area is ideal for a cocktail hour or aperitif. Whatever you do, make sure you don’t miss the stunning and colorful island sunset, sending hues of rosy gold across the sea and sky.

Alternating between refreshing dips in the pool and sunbathing sessions on the loungers is a fabulous way to spend your days. The pool has two separate areas: a small wading pool for kids, with a waterfall that cascades below into the deeper lap pool.

A staircase leads down to the ocean, where you can dive into the turquoise waters or cast off in a kayak from the villa’s private dock. Surrounded by nearly 1.5 acres of landscaped gardens, this is a secluded and private tropical paradise.
