Villa Bluff House, also known as AA BLF, is a 6-bedroom villa located on Sandy Lane Beach within a short walk of the beach, and minutes from shopping and a golf course. This recently refurbished and enlarged villa has exquisite furnishings, vivid tropical blooms, and spectacular lighting.

A coral stone hallway leads into a newly created entertainment area, which is set amongst lush tropical plants. This area connects directly onto the pool deck with views of palms and the sea beyond.

The tastefully decorated sitting room is equipped with a stereo and satellite TV. Adjoining the sitting room is a formal indoor dining area with a coral stone dining table as its centerpiece. This room opens onto a covered veranda with a second informal dining area and views of the grounds.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom with a king-size bed opens onto an expansive terrace with views of the garden and sea. The other bedrooms open directly onto the grounds. Two bedrooms have king-size beds, while the other 4 bedrooms have king-size beds or twin beds.

A deck with loungers surrounds the pool. A direct path leads from the villa to the beach. The house also comes with cable TV, WiFi, a barbecue, and built-in sound system. A $500 security deposit is required.

Villa Bluff House, or AA BLF, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
