Villa Maria, also known as BRV MAR, is a 7-bedroom villa in the Lake Regions, located within walking distance from Torno, 6.4 kilometers from Como, 31 kilometers from Bellagio, 53 kilometers from Milan, and 61 kilometers from the Milan Malpensa Airport.

Villa BRV MAR is 1 of 2 spectacular villas on Estate Il Cigno on the shore of Lake Como. Along with her sister villa, BRV SER, both properties offer stunning views of the lake and have been recently restored and refurbished. The villas can be rented separately or together.

Estate Il Cigno is located down a quarter-mile gated road (guarded by a quaint gatehouse) in nearly 3 hectares of luxuriant gardens and woods. Flanked by ancient terracotta statues, a historic harbor separates the 2 villas. The property’s floodlit landscaped park leads through a private gate to the Lake Shore Village, which has a charming square, a 17th-century church, and garden with a pergola.

The villas are decorated with frescoes and have been furnished with antiques from the owner’s collection. Villa Maria boasts a 1911 Steinway model piano in the central living room. The well-equipped kitchen and dining room with a fireplace are both located on the courtyard level. A terrace houses an outdoor dining area.

This villa sleeps 14 people. The 3 first floor bedrooms each have a queen-size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub and handheld shower. Two bedrooms on the second floor each offer twin beds, which can convert into a queen-size bed, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. The sixth bedroom has twin beds, while the seventh bedroom offers a queen-size bed. These 2 bedrooms each have an ensuite bathroom with a shower only.

Villa Maria, if rented separately, has exclusive use of the swimming pool unless other arrangements are made. This villa also comes with satellite TV and WiFi. Both villas face the Grand Hotel Villa d'Este, which offers its facilities to Il Cigno guests. The exclusive price listed is for Villa BRV MAR only. Please speak with a reservation specialist about the non-exclusive price. A security deposit of €5,000 must be held with the agency.
