Full Description

This traditional farmhouse is part of an old hamlet, originally occupied by farmers and now completely restored. It is situated in a beautiful position in the hills north of Lucca, south-facing and renowned for its magnificent views. The house we have to rent here is the most beautiful in the hamlet, being detached, and therefore totally independent of the other houses, and also with exceptional views.

It has been faithfully restored, respecting the ancient character of the original farmhouse, but at the same time adding to the quality and comfort with new furnishings and equipment. An example of this successful combination of old and new is the very well-equipped kitchen, which opens to a terrace with beautiful views, ideal for "al fresco" dining. Within the garden, in a superb position, with far reaching views, there is a beautiful panoramic swimming pool with outdoor shower. No pets are allowed at this property.

DISTANCES: Monte S.Quirico (nearest village with shops/PO) is 5kms, Lucca is 7kms, Lucca motorway exit is 9kms, Pisa is 30kms , Florence is 70kms beaches are 25kms.

A chef, heating and telephone available for an additional charge. There is deposit upon check-in of €250 for the telephone. Extra maid service is €13 per hour. All of these 'a la carte" services are paid locally with Euros and subject to change.

This house sleeps up to 6 people.

Security Deposit €1,000.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.
