Villa Fubbiano, also known as SAL FUB is a 6-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only a short walk from the village of Lappato and a short drive from tennis courts.

This estate sits in a sunny area of the Luccan hills in an ancient “borgo,” a small village with old country houses, wine cellars, and an olive oil mill. Visitors can buy wines and extra virgin olive oil in the Lucca area or visit the nearby Grotte Biusti Terme, a health spa and beauty center. Guided tours of the area are available.

Villa SAL FUB, a Tuscan building dating back to the 18th century, overlooks the borgo .Inside, the sitting room on the first floor offers cushioned furnishings. The large, eat-in kitchen features a fireplace and a large breakfast table, while the nearby indoor dining room opens to the garden. An outdoor dining area is also located on the lawn.

This house accommodates up to 12 people maximum. The first floor houses 4 bedrooms. The first 2 bedrooms (each with a double bed) share a hall bathroom with a shower only. The other 2 bedrooms on this floor share a hall bathroom with a bathtub only. One bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has twin beds. The 2 bedrooms on the second floor (each with twin beds) share a bathroom with a shower.

The private swimming pool overlooks the plain of Lucca. Beyond the garden and terraces is a small wooded area with a shady path leading to an ancient fountain. This villa also comes with a barbecue and a washer. Chef, heating, and telephone services are available for additional charges. A security deposit of €500 is required. Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only.

Villa Fubbiano, or SAL FUB, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
