Villa Kymothoe, also known as LIV KYM, is a 5-bedroom villa on Mykonos, located a short walk from Kapari Beach, 3 kilometers from the nearest town, and 5 kilometers from the airport. Situated next to Villa Okyroe, Villa LIV KYM is a spacious waterfront villa with a stunning private infinity pool, garden, and shaded pergola. The property shares a private entrance and parking with Villa Okyroe.

The elegant living room and oval-shaped sitting area feature an off-white upholstered day bed, an armchair, and flowing curtains. Both areas have access and overlook the swimming pool and sea. The open-style formal dining space connects with a small, modern kitchen, which leads to an outdoor patio and barbecue area.

This villa sleeps up to 12 people. The master bedroom on the main floor features a double bed, an arched wall, a large wardrobe, and an en suite bathroom. The upper floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom. Another bedroom has a double bed, an en suite bathroom, and access to a terrace with stunning views. The fifth bedroom is suitable for staff with twin beds, a small en suite bathroom, and separate entrance.

A deck with teak chairs and a sitting area surrounds the large infinity pool. Located nearby is a large dining table, which is ideal for poolside entertaining. This villa also comes with a washer, satellite TV, air-conditioning in the bedrooms, and a shared barbecue area. WiFi is available for an extra cost. This villa requires a security deposit of €1,000.
