Villa Le Fiorentina, also known as BRV FON, is a 4-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only 1.6 kilometers from the Florence historical center. Surrounded by olive groves, gardens, and cypress trees, this villa is situated on the hill of “Poggio Imperiale” in the countryside.

Villa BRV FON dates back to the 16th century. The spacious living room and sitting room face out to the pool and garden. The family room features a cozy fireplace and satellite TV with English movies. Located adjacent to the small, well-equipped kitchen is an indoor dining room, which seats up to 8 guests. Doors open from the dining room to an outdoor terrace with a dining area and several lounge chairs.

This villa sleeps 8 people. Three bedrooms are each furnished with a queen-size bed, while 1 bedroom has twin beds. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a tub and handheld shower. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub, while the fourth bathroom offers a private bathroom with a tub, a small sitting room, and access to a patio. While window screens are available in some rooms and the master bedroom is air-conditioned, an additional portable unit is available upon request.

A lawn surrounds the pool, which is adjacent to an outdoor shower. While the owner lives next door, a wall divides the 2 properties. This villa also comes with a barbecue, a washer, and WiFi. Electricity, water, and final cleaning services are included with this rental.

A cook is available for an additional charge of €25 per hour (4 hour minimum). Breakfast service is also available for €40 per day (cost of food not included). A security deposit of €1,000 is required in cash upon arrival. Rentals run Saturday to Saturday with a check-in between 3 and7 p.m., and check out by 11 a.m.
