Villa Coccoloba, also known as MV COC, is a 4-bedroom villa located in Hillside. With architectural inspiration from creative designer Oliver Messel, this hilltop villa on 12 acres boasts panoramic views of 4 bays.

Built in a series of pavilions, antique flooring from Bali is found throughout the rooms. The spacious living room has a large wrap-around terrace. An adjacent dining pavilion with an oval dining table for 12 guests is illuminated by candlelight. A second dining area is available underneath a thatched-roof palapa, which is located near the bar and oversized swimming pool.

The master bedroom pavilion with private outdoor terrace and plunge pool has a dressing area, bathroom, and office. Three additional bedrooms are located in the guest pavilion, which has access to the pool. One bedroom has a sitting room, which can also serve as nanny quarters or as a fifth bedroom. All bedrooms are air-conditioned with mosquito nets and have iPod docking stations.

Unique features include a dedicated screening room with lounge seating for 12 guests, a movie library, and a sophisticated sound system. A fitness room completes the interior. This villa also comes with games, Direct TV, WiFi, 2 Kawasaki Mule golf carts, and a complimentary Jeep.

Villa Coccoloba, or MV COC, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
