This custom, Pineapple Hill home features a gourmet kitchen, butler's pantry, state-of-the-art media room, exotic hardwoods, such as quarter-sawn Teak, Wenge, Anigre, and Iroko, (Portuguese Limestone floors, and exquisite granite and marble countertops with fired-glass accents are just some of these details). Lavishly Teak is a lavish mixture of materials with Hawaiian accents.

Enjoy this 3 bedroom and 3.5 bath oceanview home with all its comforts and luxuries! The Master Suite is fit for royalty, with King size bed, automatic fireplace, and sitting area complete with working space. Step outside on the private lanai and enjoy gorgeous ocean views and the fresh air. An amazing en-suite bath features an infinity-edge jetted tub and separate stream shower. Walk through the spacious dressing room to your private gym with treadmill, weights and steam shower. The second bedroom is located on the upper level across the spacious landing from the Master Suite. This elegant bedroom features a Queen size bed and en-suite bath. The third bedroom is located on the main level, with a Queen size bed and en-suite bath.
