Villa Cristina, also known as BRV CRI, is a 6-bedroom villa in Tuscany, located only a few kilometers from Siena and its grocery stores, restaurants, and art scene. Villa BRV CRI is a charming independent 2-floor villa situated on a hill with breathtaking views of the countryside. This property is an ideal starting point for day trips.

The interior décor is traditionally Tuscan with original antiques mixed with modern pieces. The comfortable dining and sitting area with a fireplace opens onto a spacious furnished terrace and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing Tuscan meals. The terrace has a gazebo with a large outdoor dining table, which seats 10 guests.

Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, while the other 3 bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The first 3 bedrooms share an adjacent bathroom. The fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower, while the fifth and sixth bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.

A deck with wooden sun beds surrounds the mosaic-tiled pool, which is open from mid-May to mid-October (weather permitting). The panoramic pool with Roman steps on one side is nestled in a fenced, manicured garden with landscape views.

During the summer months, the garden offers fruits, such as apricots, peaches, cherries, and plums for picking. This villa also comes with a barbecue, a gated entry, Internet access and WiFi, a laptop, parking for 2 cars, satellite TV in the living room, and a washer. Metered air-conditioning is available for an additional cost.

Villa Cristina, or BRV CRI, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
