Located just steps away from the beach at Marigot Bay, this unique property is technically an apartment, but feels more like a private villa. Known as Villa WV HON, this "villa-partment" features two bedrooms and two full baths. A den/office, Living Room, and gourmet Kitchen complete this spacious home. Fully air conditioned and with a view of the sea, this is a place you'll want to spend extended visits. Enter the villa through a private, beautifully landscaped garden with large private pool, for your exclusive use. There is plenty of shade for those hot days or escaping the sun, but enough open lounging areas for sun lovers. Dine outside at your table for six, or have cocktails in the casual seating areas. A gas barbeque and outdoor refrigerator shorten the walk for a "cool one". Landscape lighting makes for an equally enjoyable garden at night. A separate stereo system fills the yard with your favorite music.

Inside, experience the playful colors and fanciful décor reminiscent of old St. Barts. The living room has a huge comfortable leather sofa for afternoon naps, or watching the flat screen TV. A Stereo system, DVD/VCR complete the audio/visual system. The gourmet kitchen is spacious and complete with all small appliances and everything you need to prepare a snack or a culinary experience for your family or friends. Upstairs, the loft bedroom with queen size bed and private bath overlooks the pool, and provides for a romantic getaway.
