Villa Breezy Palms, also known as IE BZP, is a contemporary 4-bedroom villa located in Silly Creek/Taylors within minutes of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Surrounded by indigenous palm trees, this villa is beautifully landscaped.

The well-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and 2 seats enjoys a view of Chalk Sound. An indoor dining area comfortably seats 6 guests and opens out to the dining terrace, which is furnished with a table and chairs. A game room, with adjacent half bathroom, features a pool table, wet bar, plasma TV, and more.

Ceiling fans and metered air-conditioning (at an additional cost) cool the rooms. Three bedrooms are located in the main house, while a fourth bedroom is located in a self-contained apartment with a private terrace and view. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, while 2 other bedrooms (including the room in the separate apartment) have queen-size beds. The fourth bedroom has twin beds, which is ideal for children.

A deck with loungers frames the infinity pool and looks out to Chalk Sound, which is free of motor craft and ideal for kayaking, windsurfing, and paddle boarding. This house also comes with a gas grill, a Jacuzzi bathtub, beach accessories, and WiFi. Two kayaks are available to rent.

Villa Breezy Palms, or IE BZP, comes with mid-week house cleaning services. Ask your villa specialist for details. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates, regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
