Villa IE EME is part of Emerald Shores Estate, which occupies 1.75 acres (with 228' of water frontage) on Chalk Sound National Park, an area of Turks & Caicos known for incomparable beauty and splendid views!

This 5-bedroom villa offers an upper and lower level. The upper level features 3 ensuite Queen bedrooms, additional guest bathroom, spacious open living-dining area, and covered porch overlooking the Sound. Another screened porch is just off the kitchen and dining area and provides additional lounging space.

The lower level features 2 ensuite Queen bedrooms, additional powder room, open living-dining area, and kitchen overlooking the gardens, water views and pool. All bedrooms at IE EME have stunning water views. A paved walkway leads to the boat and swimming dock (shared with a nearby cottage) on beautiful Chalk Sound - a kayak comes with your villa rental!

Please note that the 3-bedroom rate is for the upper level; 5-bedroom rate is for entire house (3 bedrooms up, 2 bedrooms down). Final cleaning is included. No mid-week maid service (may be arranged at additional cost, in advance),

NOTE: When both properties are rented in tandem, Emerald Shores Estate can accommodate 18 persons with a total of 9 bedrooms, perfect for family reunions, weddings and groups. A special 7-bedroom rate can be arranged for entire main house plus cottage's upper 2 rooms; and a 9-bedroom rate for entire main villa plus cottage's upper & lower levels. Over Christmas-New Year's, both villas must be rented together as a 9-bedroom property - please ask your Wimco agent for details.
