Villa Tradewind, also known as WCV TRW, is a 5-bedroom villa located in Sandy Lane Estate within minutes of the beach and shopping. Lynn Pemberton, of Lynterior Design, decorated this elegantly furnished villa.

A grand curved wall, which includes electric gates and a tasteful water feature, adorn the entrance. A driveway forks to the right, leading to the main entrance. A small bridge spans a charming water feature to the entrance hall.

Down the entrance hall is the living area, which is divided into 2 areas, with one space opening to the pool terrace, which has a gazebo and a wet bar. The well-equipped kitchen also has direct access to the covered dining area and pool terrace. Next to the kitchen are staff quarters, which include a sleeping area for 24-hour staff, a full bathroom, and laundry room.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a king-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, and a large screen satellite TV with access to a movie library. To the left and right of the entrance hall are 2 large bedrooms with dressing areas. The first bedroom has large arched windows with a view of the golf course, while the second bedroom has French doors leading out to the pool terrace. The other 2 bedrooms are located in the east hall and offer views of the golf course.

The air-conditioned media room features a 60” 3D TV and surround sound. Located outside is a deck with loungers, which surrounds the pool. This villa also comes with a barbecue, gated entry, gazebo, and WiFi. Guests receive access to the Sandy Lane Beach facility, which includes a private cabana, tennis courts, and golf course.

Villa Tradewind, or WCV TRW, comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
