Villa Mas du Lulu, also known as YNF LUL, is a 7-bedroom villa in the area of St. Tropez, located between St. Tropez and Ramatuelle, and only 2 kilometers from the EpiPlage beach. This traditional French villa is set on a hillside in the Parc de l'Oumede, a rural area in the hills behind Pampelonne Beach. This villa enjoys wonderful views of the countryside and the sea in the distance.

Villa YNF LUL boasts 2 hectares of trees and a mature garden of flowering plants and vines. To the front of the house is a terrace with a vine-covered pergola and an outdoor dining area. To one side, arches lead to a pretty courtyard with a Jacuzzi. On the lower terrace is a large, heated pool, which is surrounded by a sun terrace with a fountain and a pool house with a barbecue and fridge. The lower level also houses a tennis court, boules court, and a children's play area.

The interiors are decorated in a contemporary Provencal style with terracotta and tiled floors, beamed ceilings, and modern furniture. The large, open-plan living and dining areas offer access to the terrace. Located nearby is the well-equipped, modern kitchen.

The main house features 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and an ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom on the first floor offers 2 additional single beds. A separate apartment is located across the terrace, which surrounds a Jacuzzi. This apartment features a bedroom, which has a double bed, 2 single beds on the mezzanine, and an ensuite bathroom.

The last 2 bedrooms are located in a renovated guesthouse, which offers a living room and terrace with sea views. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. This villa also comes with air-conditioning, satellite TV, a sound system in the pool house, and WiFi. Low vehicles are not recommended since this house is located at the end of an un-surfaced lane.

Villa Mas du Lulu, or YNF LUL, has house cleaning services provided at an additional cost during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
