Villa Ocean View, also known as PIE OCV, is a 3-bedroom villa located in Hillside/Orient within a short walk of the beach, restaurants, and shopping. This fully air-conditioned villa enjoys a superb view over the ocean.
This recently remodeled villa has a spacious living area that opens out to a covered terrace with a dining area, large sun deck, and pool. The eat-in kitchen is well equipped and has a dining table that seats 8 guests. A gas grill is located adjacent to the kitchen.
Each bedroom has a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom with shower, and satellite TV. One bedroom opens to a private terrace, while the other 2 bedrooms have direct access to the pool.
A deck with loungers and umbrellas surrounds the pool. This non-smoking property also has cable TV, a gated entry, washer and dryer, and WiFi. A $1,000 security deposit is required.
During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
