Welcome to Villa Aya (villa code: WV AYA), a modern 2-bedroom villa located in St-Jean within a short walk of the beach and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Tucked away in the hills above the bay, this villa enjoys views of the Caribbean sea and rolling green hills of St.Barts.

Simple luxuries and classic Caribbean living combine in this property, which has everything you’ll need for your stay. A flowing open-plan design features a minimalist style, with clean lines and contemporary furnishings. The entire home blends with its outdoor living spaces, where the views will make you want to stay forever.

St-Jean Beach is a short drive downhill, where you’ll also find restaurants, shops, and beach bars. The capital city of Gustavia is just 5 minutes away by car.

Living Spaces: The open-plan great room at Aya Villa consists of a living room, dining area, and kitchen. The entire room opens to the pool terrace, letting you cool the space with the gentle island breeze.

Soft sofas in the living room are ideal for sinking in to relax. Why not collapse here with a morning coffee and watch as the island wakes up outside? For cozy evenings, a wall-mounted TV lets you unwind with a movie or the latest series.

Kitchen and Dining Room: The warm and inviting kitchen at Villa Aya has everything you need to prepare gourmet meals during your stay. Our concierge can even organize grocery pre-stocking or delivery, catered meals, or arrange a private chef service for a special occasion.

A marble-topped island separates the kitchen from the rest of the great room. Next to the island is a small dining table with seating for up to 5 guests. More formal dinner parties can be hosted outside, where a dining table for 8 sits underneath a gazebo. Open-air meals with a stunning sunset are exactly what life in the Caribbean is all about.

Bedrooms: Each of the bedrooms is on either side of the great room, ensuring peace, quiet, and privacy for guests. Both have a plush king-sized bed, ensuite with a spacious shower, and a flat-screen TV.

Cozy and modern, both bedrooms are ideal places to recharge each evening. When morning comes, sliding glass doors lead directly onto the terrace, letting you start each day with those views of the shimmering Caribbean.

Outdoor Features: The outdoor living spaces at Aya Villa make the most of this fantastic location. The gorgeous infinity pool will be a highlight of your stay, perfectly refreshing and cool. Flat lounge beds are scattered around the pool on either side, letting you relax in the sunshine.

Past the pool is a sunken terrace furnished with comfortable outdoor sofas, a nice spot to just kick back and soak up those dreamy island views. A large lawn to the left is also great for relaxing, furnished with another outdoor lounge setting.

Venture outside of Villa Aya and you’ll find plenty of opportunities to experience the natural beauty of St. Barts. The stunning St-Jean Beach is just a few minutes down the hill, while the restaurants and shops of Gustavia are just over 5 minutes away by car.

Amenities: Thoughtful touches help elevate your stay at Villa Aya. This wheelchair-accessible property also comes with high-speed Wi-Fi, a gas grill, a Bose sound system, and U.S. and French satellite channels. Beach chairs are also provided for days on the sand.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
