Villa Molara, also known as HII MLR, is a 6-bedroom villa in Sardinia, located only a 6-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute drive from other beaches. Villa HII MLR overlooks the beautiful Brandinchi beach.

The airy and spacious living room is divided into 2 lounge areas with 1 area facing the sea and the patio and the other area in front of the fireplace. The indoor dining room and outdoor dining area on the terrace each accommodates up to 12 people. An area on the terrace offers a shelter for windy days. The state-of-the-art kitchen is well equipped.

Each bedroom on the ground floor has its own new ensuite bathroom with a shower and an Internet connection. Each bedroom is also furnished with a double bed, which can convert into twin beds. Two of the bedrooms can have an additional single bed upon request. Air-conditioning is available in the bedrooms for €40 per day.

Surrounded by a beautiful garden, this private property stands alone on the hillside. A short walk leads to Brandinchi beach, which offers shallow swim areas. Behind the beach is a large lawn with a bar area. Umbrellas and loungers are reserved for Villa HII MLR guests at the beach. A tennis court is also located nearby. This villa also comes with a barbecue, satellite TV and a washer.

A security deposit of €1,500 is required. Clients will need to sign a security deposit form with credit card details in order to cover possible damages or loss at the property and any other extra services payable locally. The form needs to be completed and returned to WIMCO at least 1 week prior to departure in order to guarantee access to the property. The amount will be refunded after the departure if no damages or incidentals occurred.

Villa Molara, or HII MLR, has house cleaning services available during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
