Villa Marilyn, also known as YNF MAR, is a contemporary 5-bedroom villa in St. Tropez and the Var, located a short walk from the village of La Croix Valmer and Gigaro Beach. This renovated villa enjoys views of vineyards and the woodland.

The house is set at the end of an unpaved lane, which is accessed via an automatic entry gate. The well-maintained terraced garden is awash with Mediterranean flowers, plants, and trees, including cacti, palms, and lemon trees. The top terrace with ample sunbathing areas surrounds the heated pool. In the front of the villa are additional terraces with both open and covered lounge and dining areas. Brightly colored sails offer shade from the sun.

The interiors of the 2-story, white-painted villa have been decorated to a high standard. Modern furniture, colorful paintings, and eclectic décor adorn the rooms. The well-equipped kitchen has a dining table with seating for 6 guests and opens directly to the pool area. A laundry room houses a washer and dryer.

The master bedroom on the first floor has a king-size bed, a TV, a large balcony with views, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub, a walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second, large bedroom on this floor offers an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a balcony with views. The ground floor houses a large guest bedroom with a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and double vanity.

Overlooking the garden is a small bedroom with a full-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The fifth bedroom is situated in a studio at the rear of the property. This bedroom offers twin beds, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a small terrace surrounded by bamboo. This air-conditioned villa also comes with a barbecue, boules court, hammock, a safe, WiFi, beach access, and parking for at least 2 cars.

Villa Marilyn, or YNF MAR, has house cleaning services provided at an additional cost during the week. Ask your villa specialist for details.
