Offering stunning birds-eye views across the island, this island home enjoys spectacular sunrises and sunsets a 10-minute drive from the beach. The shops and restaurants of St. Jean are also a short drive away.

The good life is easy to come by inside Villa Clementine, designed with pure luxury in mind. Modern, airy, and bright, the minimalist shades of white contrast with dark woods, while pops of citrus-orange and unique furnishings made from weathered wood add a sophisticated air to the home.

Officially located in Vitet, at every turn, your gaze is met with incredible views over the emerald-green hills of St. Barts and the shimmering azure blues of the Caribbean Sea. The offshore islands of Fregate, Toc Vers, and Bonhomme are in full view, with St. Martin and Anguilla on the horizon.

Living Spaces: It comes as no surprise that Villa Clementine benefits from the natural breezes, which cool both the outdoor space and indoor living room. This makes the entire home a great place to lounge during the day, whether you’re chilling out by the heated pool or enjoying some downtime in the tastefully decorated living room.

It’s the latter that acts as the heart of the home, a shared living space that’s a delightful spot to spend time with family and friends. Expect beautiful artwork on the wall, vaulted ceilings above, and a luxurious island atmosphere. To one side, sliding doors open to the wraparound terrace, welcoming those island views and enticing breezes inside.

Kitchen and Dining Room: Next to the living area is Villa Clementine’s kitchen, with comfortable seating at a breakfast bar and a range of high-end appliances. Chic and stylish, foodies will feel right at home here.

The dining table is on the covered terrace outside, enjoying one of the best views in the house. A meal here lets you pair your food with the beguiling coastline, sparkling bays, and golden beaches of the north coast.

Bedrooms: Villa Clementine is a great choice for both families with children or a group of friends traveling together. All three bedrooms inside the home are equal, with European king-sized beds, his-and-hers closets, and elegant ensuite bathrooms.

There are two bedrooms on the main floor, on either side of the living room. Both enjoy incredible views over the Caribbean, and one of the bedrooms has direct access to a stairway descending to the heated pool on the terrace below.

The third bedroom is accessed from a staircase behind the kitchen, leading you to the lower floor. This room has a large private terrace, a great spot for a quiet drink or an in-house massage, arranged by our concierge service. A fitness room with an elliptical, treadmill, stationary bike, and universal machine is next to this lower-floor bedroom.

Outdoor Features: Villa Clementine’s large terrace immerses you in the Caribbean experience; fantastic views, fresh island air, and shimmering shades of blue in the water.

There’s space for guests to sit together in the outdoor lounge area, whether it’s for your morning coffee or a sunset aperitif. There’s also space to break away from the group, seeking out a calm moment to take in the views. Hanging nest chairs also provide great spots to relax.

On the middle level of the outdoor area is the heated swimming pool, an idyllic spot for a dip. Loungers let you sunbathe, with a wall of tropical ferns as a natural feature wall. And when the beach does call, it’s a 10-minute drive to Lorient.

Amenities: Villa Clementine has all the amenities expected of a luxury St. Barts villa. This home also comes with an Apple TV, air-conditioning, a gas grill, French and U.S. satellite channels, and high-speed Wi-Fi.

During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
