St Barts Villa WV OKA Description

Villa WV OKA is a brand new, 2-bedroom villa located in a quiet area of Lurin, just above Gustavia, and offers views of the St. Jean area of St Barts. The owners of built their own villa right next door, and have equipped villa WV OKA the same way they have theirs. This not only means high-end materials and quality bedding throughout, but also that they take meticulous care of the villa and the gardens.

The living room opens up to three sides and offers great views. It has a big screen TV with U.S. satellite as well as French channels, DVD player, and HiFi with iPod dock. A dining area separates the living room from the ultra modern, fully equipped kitchen. A guest half bath completes the living area.

Two, almost identical bedrooms are on either side. One bedroom has a large window with an incredible view of the sloping landscape and distant Caribbean Sea. This bedroom also has a shower that opens up, to give the impression one is showering outdoors. The second bedroom is only slightly smaller, and both bedrooms have a flat screen TV with U.S. satellite, as well as French channels and DVD player. The heated infinity pool ends the upper deck, where a stairway leads to the lower, sun deck with an outdoor shower. Due to the high-end materials, and the fact that villa WV OKA is located in a very calm residential area, children must be 15 and up. This is a non-smoking villa.
