Q: Tell us about some memorable local cuisine you have tried
“The most memorable meal I’ve ever had was in the French Caribbean. The first course was a cold creamy vegetable soup, followed by a beautiful petite filet. Afterwards, the desert was presented in a large balloon wine class. Inside was a frozen orange that had been scooped and then filled with an orange sorbet, my taste buds were delighted.”
