#13 – Coco Bistro (Turks and Caicos) Known for its setting among tall, uplit palm trees, Coco Bistro is worth the wait to get a reservation. Whereas Turks on a whole is barefoot relaxed, this refined spot offers an upscale alternative.

#09 – Tamarin (St Barths) It’s a perennial favorite, but for good reason. This garden oasis near Saline Beach delivers on service, atmosphere, and a regularly updated menu. The bevy of vegetarian options (try the spinach salad with roasted squash, and the divine melon soup) continue to make Tamarin feel current.
