New 360 Degree Photos Spice-Up WIMCO’s Interactive Floor Plans

Villa rental pioneer and innovator WIMCO Villas recently achieved a significant milestone – they now have over 200 private villas with interactive digital floor plans for its St Barths villa portfolio.

WIMCO is now adding technology to these interactive floorplans that allows you to click on a photo and spin around 360 degrees within a villa. Our focus with this technology is to make it easier for our clients to imagine their experience in the villa. An Interactive floor plan is art and function working together” says WIMCO’s president Stiles Bennet. “No longer is a photo just an image without a place. No longer is a floor plan just lines. Now a property can come alive online, and one can have an immersive experience with it without being there”
