When traveling to St. Barths, there are three restaurants you must try. These flawless dining experiences have exquisite tastes and décor. Whether you are enjoying dinner after a day at Flamands Beach or sitting down for a relaxing lunch in Gustavia, St. Barths offers great ambiance and flavors. Each and every one of our agents have had the opportunity to indulge in the cuisine of St. Barths and have selected their favorite restaurants. So without further ado, the WIMCO agent’s  St. Barths Restaurant selections…

1.  Le Gaïac. Located in Toiny at the Hotel Le Toiny, Le Gaïac is truly a unique St. Barths dining experience. Restaurant Le Gaïac is equipped with its own organic green house growing 20 different fruits and vegetables. These fresh fruits and vegetables are blended into the Le Gaïac dishes inspired by both French and Creole cuisine. This restaurant is open for both lunch and dinner with dinner seating at 7pm and 9pm. Whether your preferences are classical, or you are tempted by the savory spices of the islands, dining at Le Gaïac is truly and epitome of refinement and delicacy. 2.  Maya’s Restaurant. Well-known in St. Barths as one of the best restaurants on the island. Maya’s is located on the water’s edge in Anse de Public, which is just outside of Gustavia. This restaurant is very elegant and chic in décor, but also offers a comfortable ambiance. Open for dinner at 7:00pm, Maya’s offers exquisite views and delectable entrees. Be sure to taste the grilled local Mahi Mahi complemented well with a Coconut Tart for desert. Maya’s Restaurant eloquently prepares exotic dishes that will make dining in St. Barths a memorable experience.

3.  L’Isola. Located in Gustavia surrounded by a beautiful tropical surroundings, L’Isola ristorante is flawless in its design. The restaurant is refined, elegant, and romantic with an in-town setting. Begin the evening at 5:30pm for Italian cocktails then sit down for appetizers, dinner, and desert, served between 6pm-11pm. The menu is inspired by authentic flavors of Italy, fresh pasta, homemade ravioli, and fresh cuts of meat complimented with an impressive selection of French and Italian wines. Taste the Ravioli Di Vitello Al Procini, delicious homemade veal ravioli in porcini mushroom sauce; it will melt in your mouth!
