UP TO 40% RATE DROPS FOR ST. BARTS SPRING/SUMMER

-- NEWPORT, RI, January 2002 -- WIMCO, the luxury vacation villa and hotel reservations company, is offering spring/summer rates of up to 40 percent less over winter for St. Barts villas beginning April 15 and continuing through Dec. 14.
Savings are available in all categories of rentals that are priced per week, with some larger villas available at smaller villa prices, depending on how many bedrooms will be used.

For example, a 4 bedroom/4 bath villa with pool at the end of Petit Cul de Sac that rents in winter for $9,230 a week is just $4,042. A family villa, 2 bedrooms/2 baths with pool offering cliffside views in St. Jean, is just $2,905 compared to the winter $4,630 rate. And a 1 bedroom/1 bath bungalow is $875 compared to $2,220 right on St. Jean Beach.

WIMCO is also offering a variation on the theme of “two for one” at two villas that rent, weekly in high season, for $8,200 and $9,230 respectively. Guests who vacation at one of these two villas before April 15 can return to the same villa in June, September or October 2002 and vacation again at the villa absolutely free.
