Taste of St. Barths (Nov 1 – 4) – premier culinary event in the Caribbean
Are you a vacation lover and a gourmet? Consider a fall trip to St. Barths this November to experience the celebrated St. Barth Gourmet Festival (formerly known as the Taste of St. Barths). Plus, celebrated guest chefs from around the world team up with local restaurants for fabulous tasting menus, cook-offs, and friendly competition.
The St. Barth Gourmet Festival is the premier culinary event in the Caribbean. This year, 6 guest chefs will cook in the islands top restaurants: Le Toiny, Le Tamarin, Bonito, Le Barthelemy, Nikki Beach and Le Christopher.

NEWS FLASH:
WIMCO will be raffling off eight luxury tasting menu dinner vouchers. These will entitle the winners to a complimentary eight course tasting menu dinner at either Tamarin or Bonito restaurants. The chefs of these restaurants are staying in WIMCO villas during the Gourmet festival. Plus, anyone staying in a WIMCO villa during the event is automatically entered into the raffle.

Nicolas SaleCooking at Le Barthelemy
Nicolas reopened the kitchens at the Ritz Paris in 2016 at the age of 44. Conveying emotion and passion, he was elected Chef Of The Year in 2017 by Le Chef magazine. He draws from the great traditions of French cuisine to provide a resolutely contemporary interpretation.
Cédric BéchadeCooking at Tamarin
This chef learned his trade alongside some of the biggest names in French gastronomy. In 2007, he opened a hotel-restaurant just a few minutes from Saint-Jean-de-Luz. Success was quick to come when Gault Millau named him the “revelation of the year” in 2008. Additionally, the Michelin Guide gave him his first star the next year.
Serge LabrosseCooking at Bonito
For the past 20 years, this chef has created a cuisine that is refined and elegant, without being too formal. He was crowned with a Michelin star at the Buffet de la Gare des Eaux-Vives, then at Le Flacon in Carouge. Even so, he is still driven by the same ambition: to amaze, surprise, provide happiness, and… earn a few more stars.
Edouard LoubetCooking at Le Toiny
He acquired his first star at Le Moulin de Lourmarin, making him the youngest starred chef in France at the age of 24. Crowned Chef Of The Year in 2011, he draws his inspiration from every experience of his life. He creates and imagines new recipes for his intelligent, generous, and emotional approach to cuisine.
Virginie BasselotCooking at Christopher St. Barths
She is one of the major figures in the new generation of female chefs. A perfect career path led this adventurous and talented chef from her native region of Normandy as far as Geneva. An itinerary crowned by the coveted title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France,” as she was named in February 2015.
Pierre AugéCooking at Nikki Beach
His nicknamequickly became “Petit Pierre”, to distinguish him from his father who had the same first name. This young man from Béziers developed a passion for cuisine, the universe in which he was raised. In January 2010, he purchased his fathers restaurant and renamed it La Maison de Petit Pierre. Interestingly, this was just a few months after his participation in the very first edition of the TV showTop Chef.He won in 2014 and has since remained the unbeatable champion onTop Chefin France.
