We were in our favorite villa, WV LLA in St Barths, and all went extremely well until the Coronavirus news hit, airlines started canceling flights, and airports announced they were going to close…
Your concierge Jules provided additional EXCEPTIONAL customer service for us – He was available at ALL times – from his “normal” duties of luggage transportation and making reservations, to finding restaurant take-out food, to arranging delivery of that food when we were asked to stay in our villa! There was NOTHING he was unwilling to do to aid us in our stay!
Johna in your Air Department has handled our flight arrangements for years, and she was available at ALL times to help us navigate Delta’s continual changing schedule from San Juan to Atlanta.
I run an organization of 625ish people and I would give anything if I had personnel such as Johna and Jules – what truly exception people – customer focused, empathetic, caring, KNOWLEDGEABLE, friendly, etc.!
It went by too fast
I loved staying in the villa. My only complaint it went by too fast. I wish I could have spent more time there. Thank you again for all your help. I was bragging on you to all my friends. It was a pleasure working with you.
The villa could not be more perfect
We arrived late yesterday & the villa could not be more perfect. The garden is actually more beautiful than before. We are just so happy to be here.

It could not have been more perfect for what we were looking for in our vacation. The villa delivered everything you said it would from ultimate privacy, amazing views and the daily trade winds keeping us cooler (and no bugs!). Thank you for your help in identifying the perfect place to stay. The team in St. Barths was very accommodating to us upon arrival as well as when we had a small maintenance issue with the villa’s fridge not working. The problem was addressed immediately by our concierge and the property manager. Please pass along our appreciation to them. So again, thanks to the WIMCO team for your help in making our trip all we wanted it to be. We are looking forward to returning to the island soon!
The Island is still wonderful
We came back from St Barth feeling fantastic. The island is still wonderful, the beaches are fantastic, the weather is perfect and the people at Wimco are the best.
WIMCO knocked it out of the park again
The villa was great and Wimco knocked it out of the park again with service and follow-ups as needed (The concierge is a super star). The island demonstrated incredible resolve with what they had to deal with Irma. Beautiful people and a beautiful island.
The Island is Beautiful
“We had a terrific time, and loved Villa DAY. The views are spectacular. There was a catamaran regatta and we had front row seats from our terrace. We loved the total privacy. And it was probably the most comfortable bed we’ve had in all these years.
The view was unbeatable
“The view of course was unbeatable and the large balcony was great. And WIMCO’s welcome bottle of sparkling and breakfast dropped off the next day was very appreciated. We really enjoyed being able to walk to restaurants and Shell Beach.”

It was a great place for our honeymoon
“Villa WV ANC was incredible, the view was incredible and we liked being remote. We both liked Gouverneur Beach the most of the whole island and we for the most part stayed in the villa. We liked the safety of the island, no door locking, no worries at all. We liked that the dress was casual as well as all the people. It was a great place for our honeymoon. We also loved the shopping and the food. You were great with all your advice and made the trip easy to reserve and loved your recommendations. Our concierge was great, he was there for all of our needs and was very good at explaining our options and getting on reservations. I think he did an excellent job! The last day on our catamaran we met David and Billy who also rented through WIMCO and we went to their villa and had a blast after another couple got engaged on the catamaran. We liked that they were in St. Jean, with little driving to all the fun and shopping, so that is possible on our next visit. It is a great possibility we will be back and certainly use WIMCO!”
We had a great trip to Italy and we enjoyed Villa Gelsomini very much. There was enough room for the eight of us and the outdoor area especially the pool was great! Also the documentation you sent us was very helpful. We have not made any holiday plans for next summer but in case we do want to go to Italy I will be sure to contact you!

We had a fabulous time at Villa C MER. Everything was absolutely wonderful and we could not have asked for a better trip! The villa was perfect and we were very pleased with the services we received while at the villa. We had our favorite beaches and enjoyed all of the new ones we visited.
We were very pleased with the location of the villa. It was close to a lot of the places we visited. Although it was quite a drive over to the Orient Beach, our kids never felt the need to go there! They loved all the beaches nearby so we never made the drive to that area of the island. We did drive to Oyster Pond to take a sail boat trip for the afternoon and the traffic back was a bit heavy so we tended to stay closer to our area of the island and avoid the drives. Although I think we did visit at least 7 beaches during our stay!!!
We will definitely recommend WIMCO to our friends and I suspect I will be reaching out to you again for our next trip! We are already discussing where we want to travel to next year!
