11 AM – 2 PM: St Barth Badoit Express Beach Picnic by the guest chefs, Le Guanahani
5 PM – 6 PM: Waiters’ Race, Start at Shell Beach end at Le Repaire
8 Course Dinner 120 € per person, without drinks

9 AM – 11 AM: Amateur Bakers’ Competition “St Barth in Past Times” and “Young Toques St Barth”, Gustavia
11 AM – 12 PM: Awards ceremony for the 2015 competitions, Gustavia
