Villa Neo, also known as WV NEO is an exquisite 6-bedroom villa situated in the hillside above the St. Jean beach, offering the largest pool on the island with panoramic views and optimum privacy. Built by local architect Patrick Raffeneau, Villa Neo is unique on St. Barths in terms of design and volume. Perhaps this type of architecture is more common in South Beach, with its large glass surfaces allowing extensive views of the ocean, distant hills, and starry nights. The sheer volume may take a moment to get used to, but offers a lot of space on the two levels of the villa for guests to find a quiet moment or be together in a group.

Villa Claire, also known as WV CLR is a contemporary, 2-bedroom villa situated deep in the hills of Lorient with panoramic ocean and hillside views. Newly built, Villa Claire, offers modern comfort to its guests. Most remarkably are the views, not only of Lorient and its lively bay, but also of the hillside and the gorge towards Grand Fond. Villa Open Space, also known as WV OPS is a 2-bedroom villa with views of the Petit Cul de Sac lagoon and the ocean beyond. The name of the villa is exactly what it offers, Open Space. Living outdoors is what the Caribbean is all about and the rooms inside the house have wall-doors that can be opened wide to blend this terrace with the indoor areas, which include a second dining area for six, a galley kitchen that opens onto the living room, and ultimately onto the terrace.

Villa D’zir, also known as WV DZR is a newly built 3-bedroom villa just below the famous bakery in Colombier. Villa D’zir is a short drive from Gustavia and is situated in an ideal location, offering ultimate privacy. Villa Golden View, also known as WV GDV is a newly built 2-bedroom villa in the first part of Vitet and offers spectacular views. The heated infinity pool seems to plunge into the depths. Villa Clementine, also known as WV CLM is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa high in the hills above Lorient, offering stunning birds-eye views. While officially located in Vitet, Villa Clementine really offers spectacular sunrise to sunset views of Lorient and actually extend all the way across the most western part of the island. All three bedrooms are equal, each with a European king-sized bed, his-and-hers closets and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Villa Gaia (WV VGA), 3 BR, St. Jean, St. Barthelemy
Villa Gaia, also known as WV VGA is a modern, 3 bedroom villa situated close to the beach of St. Jean, but offers no views. Located in a residential area of St. Jean, about an 8 minute walk to Eden Rock and the beach, Villa Gaia may not offer any views, but does offer modern comfort at a budget. It has a fully air-conditioned main room with living room and kitchen that connects to the master bedroom.

Villa Eden (WV EDN), 2 BR, St. Jean, St. Barthelemy
Villa Eden, also known as WV EDN is a fully renovated, 2-bedroom villa just a few minutes walk from St. Jean beach. Villa Eden is a very comfortable and fully air-conditioned villa that overlooks St. Jean pond, just down the road from Eden Rock and the beach of St. Jean with its restaurants and shops. It has a large terrace, which offers plenty of shade and sun, as well as outdoor dining and a pool.
