Exploring The British Virgin Islands By Boat

Lounging around your villa or heading into the nearest town are not your only sources of fun in the British Virgin Islands. A great way to see even more and enjoy the weather is to rent a boat for the day. Put on your bathing suit and sunscreen, pack some snacks, and get ready for amazing sights both in and out of the water.

On our third day in Virgin Gorda, we rented a boat and fully explored what the island had to offer. The day consisted of joyous cruising, and a stop by Peter Island for some snorkeling. We even passed by some caves where we decided to stop and swim for a look around. With many islands nearby, renting a boat makes it easy for for a quick day trip to a different island – or two. I could not recommend it more.
